How can we help?

Write to hola@revedo.app and a person answers. First, in case it helps, the questions that always come up.

Why does a memory take a moment to appear?

Because in that time Revedo is working out what you saved: reading the photo, transcribing the audio, writing the title. That's exactly what later lets you find it without remembering where you put it. Meanwhile it is already saved and cannot be lost.

I saved something with no signal — is it gone?

No. Everything you capture is written to your phone first and syncs when the connection comes back, even if you close the app in between.

How do I delete a memory? And my whole account?

One memory: swipe it left in the list, or open it and use the bin.

The whole account: Settings → Account → Delete my account. It removes your files, your memories and your account from our servers. It is permanent and needs no email to us.

I changed phones. How do I get my memories back?

If you linked your account with Sign in with Apple, sign in with the same Apple account on the new phone and they appear. If you never linked it, the account only ever lived on the old phone — which is why the app offers to link it, and why it's worth doing before you need it.

Who can read what I save?

Nobody but you can see it from the app: every account is isolated from the others in the database itself. But there is no end-to-end encryption yet, so technically we could. It's spelled out plainly in the privacy policy.

I found a bug, or I want to ask for something

Write to hola@revedo.app. For a bug it helps a lot to know your iPhone model, your iOS version and what you were doing.

Revedo is a small project. Replies may take a day or two, but they come.
